Experience
He serves as the Dean of College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Chair of Ph.D. Program of Asia-Pacific Regional Studies, NDHU. He also served as the Dean of General Affairs, Director of Graduate Institute of Public Administration, Director of Graduate Institute of Environmental Policy of NDHU.
He has been several visiting professorships at Yale University (USA), Okayama University (Japan), Majeo University (Thailand), Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University (China), and Academia Sinica (Taiwan). He has extensively published articles on collective actions, environmental governance and history, policy innovation, and sustainable development.
